For a laundry room, entry or basement bathroom, Alabaster (91100) covers the practical requirements: a 5 mm residential resilient LVT tile in a loose lay build, rated for above, on and below grade. The tiles measure 12 by 24 inches with micro bevelled edges, and one carton covers 24 sq ft. Shaw lists direct glue, perimeter glue and floating as approved methods, so we choose the one that suits your subfloor and the room. A 20 mil wear layer sits over the pattern and takes the scuffing a busy household puts on a floor. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Alabaster across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
