Almond Signature XP Richmond Flooring

Almond shows beige and brown tones at a medium shade, and it comes from the Signature XP line by Richmond Flooring. Richmond rates it for commercial spaces as well as homes and backs it with a 15-year commercial warranty, a good sign for a busy family home. The wear layer is 20 mil with a UV topcoat. Each 3mm plank is 192mm wide and 1230mm long, and a carton holds 12 pieces covering 30.49 sq ft. Almond is waterproof LVT that installs with glue, which gives a firm, quiet floor. We make sure the subfloor is level before adhesive goes down. It is FloorScore certified and approved over water-based radiant heat. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Almond across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
