Macaroon is a wide plank oak floor, 6 in across and 3/4 in thick, from Vidar's 6 Inch American White Oak Collection. Grade choices are Character, Select, or Select and Better, and the wear layer is 2 mm of sawn oak with a wire brushed texture. BONA UV lacquer does the sealing. Random lengths run from 15.75 in to 82.6 in with 17% to 50% of boards full length, so long runs look less repetitive. The floor is cleared for hydronic radiant heat and carries FloorScore, CARB II, FSC and CE certification.
