Austen American Hickory By Novella

Austen is a wirebrushed American Hickory floor from Novella in a matte finish. At ¾″ thick and 6½″ wide, it is a substantial board, and the random lengths of 16″ to 75″ let us stagger joints naturally across a room. Tongue and groove edges are finished with a micro bevel. Installation is by nail and glue, so before we start we check that the subfloor is flat, dry and sound. Novella lists the installation grade as above, on and below, which covers most rooms in a house, including lower levels. Plan your order at 19.53 sq ft per box, plus a small allowance for cuts at walls and doorways. Accessories are custom order. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Austen across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
