Bayfront 00493 EPIC Plus SA496-00493 By Shaw Floors

Bayfront (SA496-00493) is maple from Shaw's East Lake style, one of the EPIC Plus hardwoods. Because it can be glued or floated as well as nailed or stapled, it suits condo floors over concrete as much as a house with a wood subfloor, and Shaw approves it below grade and over radiant heat. The engineered plank is 3/8″ thick with a 1.2 mm maple veneer, 5″ wide and 11.7″ to 58.5″ long. Its face is scraped, the edges are pillowed and the gloss level is 40%. Shaw calls the colour variation moderate. The finish is Repel, rated water resistant. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Bayfront in the East Lake style across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
