Bayfront 00493 EPIC Plus SW591-00493 By Shaw Floors

Bayfront 00493 is rated for installation above, on and below grade, so a finished basement is fair game for this maple floor. Because it is engineered, a 3/8″ plank faced with 1.2 mm of maple, we can glue or float it over a concrete slab, and on the upper levels nail or staple it into the wood subfloor. Shaw groups it in the Coral Springs style. Its boards measure 5″ across and run 11.7″ to 58.5″ long, with a scraped face, pillowed edges and moderate colour variation. The Repel water-resist finish has a 40% gloss. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Bayfront 00493 across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
