Berwick GlueDown Tile By Purelux

Berwick is a 24″ × 24″ SPC tile from the Purelux GlueDown Series, made to be fixed to the subfloor with adhesive rather than clicked together. Stone plastic composite gives it a rigid, waterproof core, so a large square tile like this suits a kitchen, front hall or basement rec room. Each tile is 5 mm thick with a matte finish and a micro-groove bevel around the edges. Since the tiles are glued, our crew levels and cleans the subfloor first. A box weighs 45 lbs and covers 23.25 sq.ft. Berwick is FloorScore certified, and its limited warranty runs 30 years in a home or 8 years in a commercial space. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Berwick across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
