Birch TFSPC405-F By Toucan

Birch is a light, cool grey plank in Toucan's SPC4 series. If you are redoing a basement, the 100% waterproof rating is the key point, and the attached 1.5 mm pad means there is no separate underlay to put down. The planks lock together with a Drop Lock system and float, so we lay them over a prepared subfloor without nailing or gluing. Each one is 1520 mm long, 228 mm wide and 7 mm thick. A 20 mil wear layer protects the Real Antique Wood Texture surface, which handles busy hallways and bedrooms alike. Six planks come in a box, for 22.39 sq ft, at 24 kg per box. Birch has a 30 year residential warranty and 10 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Birch across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
