Product Specifications
Clay is one of the 12" by 24" tiles in Biyork's HydroGen 6 collection. It is next generation SPC flooring, and SPC's rigid stone-composite core is what keeps it 100% waterproof and dimensionally steady. Each tile is 6mm thick with a 0.5mm wear layer. Installation is floating with the Unilin Uniclic Click system, and a laundry room, ensuite or basement all work, since Clay can go on, above or below grade. It is compatible with radiant heat, which suits bathrooms where warm floors are welcome. Biyork suggests its UnderTone underlayment for a quieter, more comfortable floor. Clay is FloorScore certified. You are covered by a wear warranty of 30 years for residential use and 10 years for light commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Clay across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
