Product Specifications
Planning hardwood over in-floor heating? Valencia, a European oak by Biyork, is compatible with radiant heat systems. It belongs to the Nouveau 6 collection and is engineered hardwood at 3/4" thick, with 6-1/2" wide planks in random lengths. You get character grade oak, so knots and variation come through the wirebrushed finish. Valencia is also rated for on, above or below grade use, which is useful if the basement is next on your renovation list. The surface carries an anti-bacterial coating. There is a 30-year residential warranty, and FloorScore certification confirms the floor meets indoor air quality requirements. It fits kitchens, dining rooms and main hallways where you want real wood on the floor. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Valencia across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
