Product Specifications
Everest is a luxury vinyl plank from Biyork's HydroGen Pro collection that we install with glue, directly to a flat subfloor. At 7" wide and 48" long, the planks fit condos, bedrooms and hallways as well as larger rooms. It is 100% waterproof and suitable for hydronic radiant heat systems. There are two builds to choose from: 2mm overall with a 12mil wear layer, carrying 25-year residential and 5-year light commercial wear warranties, or 3mm overall with a 20mil wear layer and 30-year residential and 10-year light commercial wear coverage. The surface has a TrueShield scratch, stain and wear resistant coating. Everest has verified Environmental Product Declarations. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Everest across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
