Product Specifications
Southern Ridge pairs European oak with a wide 7-1/2" plank, part of the Nouveau 7 engineered hardwood collection by Biyork. At 3/4" thick in random lengths, it has the substance of a traditional hardwood board. The finish is wirebrushed, which opens up the grain and helps everyday scuffs blend in, and there is an anti-bacterial coating on top. Because it is character grade, you will see knots and variation, which many homeowners prefer in bedrooms and family rooms. Installation is tongue and groove, and the floor is rated for on, above or below grade use. Biyork backs it with a 30-year residential warranty, and it is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Southern Ridge across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
