Bolton Red Oak from the Green Mountain collection is sold two ways, as solid hardwood or as engineered hardwood, so you can match the floor to the room. The solid version is 3/4" thick and comes 3 1/4" or 4 1/4" wide, and it can be sanded and refinished over the years. The engineered version is a wider 5" board, 11.4 mm thick, with a layered build that handles humidity changes better, which makes it the safer pick for condos.
