Broad Cove Collection By Richmond Flooring

Broad Cove is part of the Endeavour line by Richmond Flooring, a medium shade LVT rated for homes and commercial spaces alike. Planks measure 2.5 mm by 184 mm by 1220 mm, sold in cartons of 43.53 square feet. The floor is glued down, which suits heavy traffic and wide temperature swings, because planks set in adhesive cannot creep or gap the way a floating floor can. Surface protection is a 0.55 mm wear layer under an enhanced UV urethane finish with an antimicrobial coating, and all four edges carry a micro bevel. Acoustic results are STC 53, IIC 59 and a Delta IIC of 23. It is Greenguard Gold certified and warranted for life residentially. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Broad Cove across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
