Buckingham, from NAF Floors@Work's 8mm Royal Flooring Solutions line, is a rigid core vinyl plank for busy homes. It carries an AC5 rating and a 0.5 mm / 20 mil wear layer with a deep-textured UV lacquer ceramic finish, so grit and pet claws are less of a concern. For heated floors, it suits hydronic radiant systems only, up to 26°C. The 8 mm plank has an attached 1.5 mm IXPE underpad, so no separate underlay is needed, and it is rated IIC 78 and STC 74 for sound. It floats with no nails on Valinge 2G and 5Gi joints. It suits rooms on, above or below grade, including basements.
