Product Specifications
The SPC core in Calacatta (01100) is the reason this tile can sit in rooms where water is normal. Stone-composite board does not swell, so a laundry room, basement or bathroom floor stays flat. Shaw supplies it in the Floorté Pro line as a 12 by 24 inch tile, 5.5 mm thick, with an EVA pad bonded on to replace underlay and cut down noise underfoot. The surface has a 20 mil wear layer and a ScuffResist Platinum finish, and the edges are accent bevelled. This is a floating installation with no adhesive involved, approved on every grade, and one carton covers 15.83 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Calacatta across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
