Cardin, product 2788-2273, is wide-plank engineered European White Oak from Pravada Floors' Artistique Collection. The 3 mm nominal veneer gets a wire brushed, smoked surface and a UV oil / matte lacquer finish with 5–15% gloss, a low-sheen floor for living rooms and bedrooms. Board variation is high and grading is ABCD, so expect visible differences between planks. Behind the veneer is 7–9 ply construction. The planks are 9.5 in wide and 9/16 in thick, and lengths run from 24–87 in. Janka hardness is 1360. Cardin can be stapled, floated or glued, is fine over radiant heat and meets CARB2.
