Catalina 01109 By Shaw Floors

Catalina (01109) is a floating floor, which means no adhesive and no nails go into your subfloor and the room can be walked on right away. The tiles measure 12 by 24 inches at 5.5 mm thick, from Shaw's Floorté Pro SPC line, so the core is stone-composite, rigid and unaffected by water. That makes a powder room, mudroom or basement bathroom reasonable places for it. An EVA pad on the back takes the place of underlay and softens the sound. The top carries a 20 mil wear layer under a ScuffResist Platinum finish, edges are accent bevelled, and one carton covers 15.83 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Catalina across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
