Chai Latte is a taupe and beige board from Richmond Flooring's Synergy Plank range, sitting in the medium shade group. Colour variation is medium, so no two boards look identical while the floor still reads as one tone. It is waterproof on a WPC core, a wood-plastic composite that softens footsteps, and it is FloorScore certified for low emissions, which is worth having in a bedroom or a basement suite. Planks are 7 inches wide, 48 inches long and 8 mm thick, with a low gloss face, a 0.50 mm wear layer and an antimicrobial coating.
