Product Specifications
Changi is a vinyl plank from Flooring Terminal's Terminal Series. It is 7 mm thick with a 1.5 mm pad attached, so there is no separate underlay to install, and its acoustic rating of IIC 72 and STC 73 makes it a good option for condos and upper storeys. The 20 mil wear layer handles everyday traffic from kids and pets in hallways and living rooms. Planks are 60” long and 7.2” wide, with an embossed surface and painted bevels on all 4 sides. They click together with a drop lock using 5Gi joints. Changi is GreenGuard and FloorScore certified and is backed by a 30-year residential and 8-year commercial warranty. Each box covers 24.34 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Changi across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
