Chase is a medium grey stone look tile from the CoreStone Tile line by Richmond Flooring. Because the core is SPC, the tile is waterproof and holds its size through the temperature changes an all season room goes through. Tiles measure 300 mm by 600 mm and 5.3 mm thick, with colour matched bevels on four sides and a 0.30 mm wear layer under a UV finish. They lock together on a tap lock click, so there is no adhesive and no grout, and the subfloor only needs to be clean and flat. A carton covers 23.25 square feet, and a pallet holds 54.
