Product Specifications
Wide oak planks are the point of Chelsea: 7-1/2" across, 3/4" thick, part of the Grand Chateau collection from Woden Flooring. The engineered construction means real oak on a stable base, with less movement than a solid board of the same width when the heating comes on in November. The planks are wire brushed, so the grain is raised slightly and the floor forgives small marks. Lengths vary from 16" to 74", with a minimum of half the planks arriving full length. Grade is ABCD, a mix that includes knots and natural colour variation rather than one uniform tone. Coverage works out to 23.93 sq ft per box. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Chelsea across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
