Chestnut 07035 EPIC Plus 220SA-07035 By Shaw Floors

Chestnut 07035 is an engineered hickory plank from Shaw's Raven Rock Brushed style (220SA), and at 1/2″ thick it suits a basement or ground floor over a concrete slab. Shaw approves it below grade, and the method can be floating or glue on concrete, or nail and staple where there is a wood subfloor. On top is a 1.2 mm hickory veneer with a wirebrushed texture, a low 7% gloss level and the water-resistant Repel finish. Boards measure 4.94″ wide by 8″ to 58.56″ long, with a micro bevel along the edges. Colour variation is high, so we mix cartons as we lay it. It also works with radiant heat. Each carton holds 19.72 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Chestnut across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
