Coastal Breeze Signature XP Richmond Flooring

Coastal Breeze brings a light shade of grey and white to Richmond Flooring's Signature XP collection. It is a luxury vinyl plank in 3mm LVT, and it installs by glue down. A light floor like this can open up a smaller room or a condo hallway. Every plank is 0.12” x 7.56” x 48.43”, with a four-sided micro bevel and low gloss. The waterproof construction and 20 mil wear layer, finished with a non-fading UV topcoat, let it work in kitchens and entries. We flatten and clean the subfloor so the adhesive grips evenly. Coastal Breeze suits water-based radiant heat, is FloorScore certified and has a 15-year commercial warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Coastal Breeze across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
