Del Rey Bel Air By 4Corners

Del Rey is a 7″ by 48″ luxury vinyl plank in 4Corners' Bel Air Series. At 3/16″ thick, it is slim enough to sit comfortably next to other flooring at doorways. Its 20 mil wear layer of high-density vinyl resists scuffs and scratches from shoes, toys and pet claws. The plank is built on a fiberglass core for stability and finished underneath with a padded backing that grips the subfloor. For healthier indoor air, Del Rey is certified by FloorScore for low VOC emissions and made without phthalates or nano silver. It carries an IIC sound rating of 57, which can reach 72 to 100 over a sound-barrier underlay. Expect 23.35 sq ft in each box. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Del Rey across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
