Dougall Bettan Series By Purelux

Dougall is a 14 mm laminate plank in Purelux's Bettan series, sold in boxes of 20.51 sq.ft that weigh 44 lbs apiece, with 45 boxes on a pallet. The plank itself measures 1215 mm by 196 mm, has an embossed texture and waxed bevelled edges, and clicks together with a drop-lock joint. Because it floats, the subfloor needs to be flat but nothing is glued or nailed into it. A 2 mm EVA pad is attached to the underside, giving IIC 72 and STC 73 sound ratings and a softer step than bare laminate. AC4 abrasion and FloorScore certification round out the specification. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Dougall across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
