Dover Bay is a residential SPC floor from the Floorté Pro collection, built in the United States. Its core is waterproof and rigid, so kitchens, laundry rooms and basements all sit within the above, on and below grade rating. The edges are micro bevelled, an XPO pad is already attached underneath, and the surface combines a 20 mil wear layer with a ScuffResist Platinum finish.
