Espresso 07350 By Shaw Floors

If you are planning a basement, Espresso (07350) is cleared for above, on and below grade installation, so the lower level can match the rest of the house. This Shaw Floors plank belongs to Floorté Classic and is built on a WPC core, a wood-plastic composite that is a touch softer and quieter to walk on than rigid alternatives. Espresso is installed as a floating floor, so nothing is nailed or glued to the subfloor. Boards run 60 inches by 7 inches at 7 mm, finished with lacquered bevel edges. The wear layer is 20 mil, a sensible level for hallways and family rooms. Figure on 23.69 sq ft per carton when you order. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Espresso across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
