Toffee Crunch is engineered multi-layer hardwood from Vidar Design Flooring, part of its 6 Inch European White Ash Collection. The top is a 2 mm dry sawn cut layer of European white ash, sawn rather than peeled, so the grain reads like a solid board. It has a BONA UV lacquer in ultra matte, a wire brushed texture and micro bevels. Boards measure 6″ by 3/4″ in random lengths from 23.6″ to 75.2″, and the ash rates 1320 on the Janka scale. Installation is tongue and groove, nailed down, and glue assist is recommended.
