Fado Gavia 12 Collection By Grandeur Flooring

Fado Gavia carries an AC6 rating, at the top end of the AC abrasion scale, which gives a lot of margin for a busy entry, a kitchen with a dog, or a home office with a rolling chair. It is from Grandeur Flooring's 12 Collection and comes in beige, natural and blonde colours. Planks measure 53″ × 8″ × 1/2″. Grandeur approves it on, above or below grade, so a finished basement is fair game. Expect 16.68 sq ft from a 36 lb box, while a pallet of 56 boxes comes to 2,016 lbs. The limited warranty is 15-year residential and 10-year commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Fado Gavia across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
