Planning a Fanchette floor starts with the box: each one covers 24.21 sq.ft and weighs 53 lbs, and a full pallet holds 45 boxes. We measure first so the order comes out right. Fanchette is a Purelux Dynamic Series plank with a waterproof stone plastic composite core, a good fit for kitchens, entries and basements. Planks are 7 mm thick, 182 mm wide and 1545 mm long, with an embossed surface, painted bevels and a 20 mil wear layer. Its 1.5 mm IXPE underlayment earns ratings of 72 IIC and 73 STC. The floor floats on a drop lock 5G system.
