Farmhouse Surewood Plus By Twelve Oaks

Farmhouse gives a medium grey floor in 5/16" x 8-7/8" x 60" planks. The WPC core is a wood plastic composite board, which takes the chill off compared with tile and gives a little underfoot in kitchens and family rooms. Wear is handled by a 20 mil (0.5 mm) layer on the surface. This is a floating installation, so nothing is nailed or glued into the subfloor, though that subfloor still needs to be flat before we start. Twelve Oaks lists 18 to 27 °C, and relative humidity of 35% to 55%, as the conditions to hold during the install and afterwards. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Farmhouse across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
