Abilene is a Dynamix Endure SPC plank from Fuzion, and its core is what makes it useful in a basement: SPC is a rigid stone composite that is waterproof and stays stable. The core is 3.5mm, with a 1mm EVA underlayment below it, for 4 1/2mm overall. The UV-coated, embossed surface is protected by a 12mil (0.3mm) surface layer, and every 7" x 48" plank has 4-sided micro bevels. It floats, so there is no glue to cure. Abilene is FloorScore certified, can be used at any grade level and works with hydronic radiant heating. Its limited warranty covers 25 years of residential wear and 10 years of light commercial wear.
