Chestermere comes from the Bala Bay collection, a Fuzion line of commercial carpet tile for office, retail and corridor floors. Start with the numbers: 20" wide, 19.7" long, 1/10" gauge, 16 oz. per sq. yd. of face weight. The fibre is solution dyed nylon, where colour is built into the yarn, and the backing pairs PVC with fibreglass. Chestermere needs a full spread glue install, and the layout can be quarter turn, ashlar, brick or monolithic depending on how much pattern direction the space should show. One carton weighs 42 lbs and covers 4.8 sq. yd.
