Forged, from the Dynamix XL Chevron collection by Fuzion, suits a basement or a main floor with hydronic radiant heat, since this luxury vinyl is approved on, above or below grade and suitable for those systems. The construction stacks 1.8mm of LVT on a 5mm WPC core with 1.5mm of cork beneath. WPC is a wood-plastic composite, and together with the cork it gives a softer feel than stone-core flooring. The surface is embossed and UV coated over a 22mil surface layer, and each 12" x 28 5/16" plank has micro-beveled edges on all 4 sides. It is floated, with no glue.
