Jackpine is a Fuzion Woodlands plank, SKU WL178JA04, built as dryback luxury vinyl. With FloorScore certification and 5-year limited light commercial wear coverage alongside a limited 15-year residential wear warranty, it suits both homes and light commercial spaces such as a small office. The 8mil surface layer is on the lighter side, so we would steer it toward bedrooms, dens and similar rooms. Planks measure 7" by 48", are 2mm thick, and have square edges with embossed texture. Jackpine is glued down and can go on, above or below grade. It is not compatible with radiant heat. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Jackpine across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
