Kapsa (DY457KC02-2) is a multi-width luxury vinyl tile in the Dynamix Grande Tile range by Fuzion, supplied in 6", 12" and 18" widths with a 36" length. It is covered by a limited lifetime residential and structural warranty and a 15-year heavy commercial warranty. The build is engineered: a 5mm SPC core, which is rigid and waterproof, laminated to 1.5mm of cork for a total of 6 1/2mm. Its 22mil surface layer, or 0.55mm, has an embossed stone finish and UV coating, and the edges have painted bevels. Kapsa is a floated floor, so there is no glue. It can be installed on, above or below grade, including over hydronic heat, and is FloorScore certified. A carton covers 18 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Kapsa across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
