Lake Placid is a FuzGuard laminate from Fuzion with wide, long planks of 9 1/4" x 89", good for open living and dining areas. The 12mm plank is made to be waterproof, and it can be laid on, above or below grade, so a finished basement is an option. Its AC4 rating holds up to pets and kids. Details include a 3DGE painted bevel, an edge-to-edge non-ionic high polymer seal and an embossed-in-register finish. We float Lake Placid over the subfloor, and it can be used with hydronic radiant heat. Lake Placid is CARB II and FloorScore certified, with limited lifetime residential and 10-year limited light commercial wear warranties.
