Lumin Essence is an oak floor with a variation level of 1, listed as Clean, so you get a calm, consistent surface without heavy contrast from board to board. Fuzion makes it for the Velvet Grove collection as engineered hardwood with a 3-layer solidcore under a 3mm sawn face. Planks are 7 1/2" by 3/4", random lengths up to 75", with 4-sided micro-beveled edges. A fumed, light wirebrushed texture is sealed under UV cured polyurethane with aluminum oxide, kept at a low lustre. We can staple, glue or float it, on, above or below grade, including over hydronic radiant heat. A 45.2 lb carton covers 23.32 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lumin Essence across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
