Velvet Grove

Velvet Grove is one of the calmest looks from Fuzion, with a variation rating of 1, Clean, so the oak shows an even colour from board to board. Every colour is fumed, which adds depth without the busy grain of a rustic floor. It suits modern kitchens, condos and minimal rooms.

The planks are 7 1/2" wide and 3/4" thick, with random lengths up to 71" or 75" depending on colour. A 3mm sawn wood face sits on an engineered 3-layer solidcore, and all four sides are micro-bevelled. Silkwood Charm and Chiffon Vista are wirebrushed, while Radiant Ridge, Opulent Oak, Lumin Essence and Gentle Graze have a lighter wirebrush. Aluminum oxide in the UV cured polyurethane helps with wear, and the sheen stays low.

The same six colours are also sold as Velvet Grove Herringbone, so you can run planks in one room and a herringbone pattern in another. Velvet Grove can be stapled, glued down or floated, on, above or below grade. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Velvet Grove across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
