Summit Ridge by Fuzion
Summit Ridge brings three species into one Fuzion collection: oak, hickory and acacia, all in a 6 1/2" plank that is 1/2" thick. Boards have a sliced wood face on a multi-layer plywood core, beveled edges, moderate colour variation and a low-lustre UV cured polyurethane with aluminum oxide.
Six colours are oak (Rubble Creek, Mountaineer, Jasper, Gaston, Crestline and Crag) and three are hickory (Prospector Peak, Harrison Springs and Boulder Mountain). These nine are light wirebrushed, in random lengths up to 71". Golden Rock is the acacia option, with a rotary sliced face, a handscraped texture and shorter random lengths up to 48".
A thinner engineered board like this is easier to fit under existing doors and trim, and Summit Ridge can be nailed, stapled, glued down or floated to suit the subfloor. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Summit Ridge across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
