Malabar is a 7" x 48" plank in Fuzion's Dynamix HardCore collection, a practical option for condos and busy households. It has a 4mm SPC core, the rigid, waterproof stone-composite type, combined with a 1mm IXPE underlayment for a total of 5mm. That slim profile helps where door clearances and transitions are tight. The 0.3mm / 12mil surface layer is embossed and UV coated, and the edges are micro-beveled on all four sides. Malabar floats, so there is no glue. Put it on, above or below grade, with hydronic radiant heat if you have it. FloorScore certification is included. Warranty coverage is limited 25-year residential wear and 10-year limited light commercial wear.
