A herringbone floor reads best when the boards are consistent, and Opulent Oak has a variation level of 1, rated clean. It is part of the Velvet Grove Herringbone collection from Fuzion (SKU VTOAK120HRGOP), made from oak in an engineered 3-layer solidcore build. The top is a 3mm sawn wood face layer with light wirebrushing, a low degree of lustre and a fumed, UV cured polyurethane finish with aluminum oxide. Pieces measure 4 3/4" x 23 3/5" and are 3/4" thick, with micro-bevels on 4 sides. Install options are stapled, glued down or floated. It works over hydronic heating on any grade level and is FloorScore certified.
