Pavilion is a practical pick for a finished basement, since this engineered luxury vinyl plank is rated for below grade as well as on and above. It comes from Fuzion's SmartDrop Elite 9 collection and works over hydronic radiant heating too. Each plank is 60" long, 9" wide and 5mm thick, with square edges and an embossed finish. The 0.5mm surface layer, or 20mil, is the part that stands up to kids, pets and foot traffic, and Fuzion warrants that wear for 25 years residentially and 15 years in heavy commercial settings, limited, plus a limited lifetime structural warranty. We can install it loose lay, full glue down, or with perimeter glue or tape. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Pavilion across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
