If your home has hydronic in-floor heating, Riverside Oak from Fuzion's Waterfront collection is rated to go over it. This 12mm laminate is water resistant and carries an AC4 wear rating, so it stands up in kitchens, mudrooms and basements, and it is approved for on, above or below grade installs. Planks are 48" long and 7 3/4" wide, finished embossed in register with a 4-sided painted bevel. Installation is floated, which means the planks connect to each other rather than to the subfloor. Riverside Oak is CARB II and FloorScore certified. The warranty is limited 30-year residential and 15-year limited light commercial, and each carton holds 15.42 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Riverside Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
