Product Specifications
Rook works over hydronic radiant heating, which makes it a comfortable choice for a basement or a condo with warm floors. It is an engineered luxury vinyl plank in the SmartDrop Elite 7 collection by Fuzion, suitable on, above or below grade. The plank is 5mm thick and 7" x 48", with square edges and an embossed finish over a 20mil (0.5mm) surface layer. For installation, Rook can be loose laid, glued down, or secured with perimeter glue or perimeter tape. Whichever method suits the job, the subfloor has to be flat and clean first, and we handle that prep. It is FloorScore certified. A carton covers 23.35 sq ft and weighs 40 lbs. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Rook across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
