Shoreland, from the Dynamix XL Plank collection by Fuzion, is a floating vinyl plank you can put in a basement, a main-floor kitchen or an upstairs bedroom, since it is rated on, above or below grade. Its planks are 9" wide, 60" long and 8.3mm thick. The build combines 1.8mm LVT, a 5mm WPC core and a 1.5mm cork layer, and WPC with cork gives a softer feel than rigid-core vinyl. On the surface is a 0.55mm / 22mil wear layer, an embossed-in-register texture and UV coating, with micro-bevels on all four sides. Shoreland is FloorScore certified, compatible with hydronic radiant heat, and covered by limited lifetime residential and structural and 15-year limited heavy commercial wear warranties. Cartons hold 22.07 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Shoreland across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
