Titanium is a 7" x 48" engineered luxury vinyl plank in Fuzion's SmartDrop Elite + 7 collection (SKU SDP9237). Despite the SmartDrop name, it does not float. You can choose loose lay, glue down, perimeter glue or perimeter tape, and each of those sits directly on the subfloor, so a flat, clean base matters. At 5mm thick with a 0.5mm / 20mil surface layer, it is made for family traffic. The embossed in register texture and bevelled edges give each plank definition. It is FloorScore certified, rated for on, above or below grade, and suits hydronic radiant heat. Coverage is a limited lifetime structural warranty with 25-year residential wear. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Titanium across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
