Greyish Engineered Oak By Simba Flooring

Greyish comes from Simba Flooring with a UV lacquer already applied and cured, so the floor arrives sealed and needs nothing more than sweeping and a damp mop to keep it clean. It is an engineered oak board, 15 mm thick, carrying 1.2 mm of oak as its wear layer above a stable core. The wire brushed surface adds grain texture rather than a polished sheen. Boards are 1210 mm long and 165 mm wide, so the floor breaks into manageable runs in hallways, landings and smaller rooms. As engineered wood it can be glued to a slab or nailed over plywood, and we check the subfloor for flatness before starting. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Greyish across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
