French Beige Engineered Oak By Simba Flooring

Installing French Beige is straightforward because it is engineered rather than solid. The 15 mm board can be nailed over a plywood subfloor or glued directly to concrete, which opens it up to basements and condo slabs where solid oak is harder to justify. We flatten the base and check it for moisture first, then work off the longest wall. Each plank is 1210 mm by 165 mm with 1.2 mm of oak on the surface.
